Mackenzie Myers serves as Operations Manager at TSG Financial Strategies, where she helps lead projects and initiatives focused on process improvement and workflow optimization. She works on system integrations and automations, supports the firm’s day-to-day business and operational management, and assists with client service needs.

Since joining TSG, Mackenzie has progressed from an associate role to Administrative Associate and Office Manager before stepping into her current position. She is proud of the growth she has experienced within the firm and the opportunity to take on increasing levels of responsibility. She enjoys finding practical ways to improve internal processes and help the team operate more efficiently.

Mackenzie earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics with Finance Applications from Southern Methodist University. She is currently pursuing a Professional Master of Business Administration at SMU and expects to graduate in fall 2028. She also holds a Notary Public commission and a General Lines Agent license in Life, Accident, Health, and HMO.

Raised in Dallas, Mackenzie enjoys spending time with friends and family. She is also an enthusiastic Dallas Stars and Buffalo Bills fan.
